Im a teen who wants to lose just a little weight? im 5'4 and 112. and im not fat or anything but i want to be at 105 by april. i want to loose in the legs. what should i do. |
| Since you are only trying to lose 7 pounds, it is very easy to do by April. Simply cut down on snack and exercise ten minutes a day, I suggest jogging as you want to lose weight in the legs. Drinking lots of water helps to get rid of excess weight. |
Does your skin get better after the teen years? I've heard a lot about that most teens get acne because of their hormone imbalance causing more oil production and that usually for most their skin gets a lot better after the teen years. I have had acne since I was like 11-12 years old. First it started out small, to mild, to worse, and now it's gotten REALLY bad like all over my face and body and I'm 15 now turning 16 in April. I use ProActiv and took Minocycline but it doesn't help that much. My dad only had little acne for like 1 year during his teens but I've been battling it for like 4 years. Just wondering.. can your skin actually get better starting in your early twenties? I don't want acne forever. No one in my family ever has had bad skin! And I have a pretty good diet. And I take care of my face. =(
And PS- About the hormones which increase the serebum, do the hormones get back to normal after puberty as well? |
| Yeah, your skin can definitely get better after the teen years. I didn't have what I'd call REALLY bad acne, but I did have my share and I thought it was pretty bad at times. Now, I'm 30 and have always been complimented on my skin for years now as looking smooth and clean. I'll still get the occasional pimple or so on occasion, but nothing that I'd even notice now and definitely nothing like back in high school. |
" teen mom " April...what is her issue ? Caitlynns mom April is a complete ***** !! What is her issue ? She is supposed to be the adult and she acts like a spoiled little girl. Caitlynn deserves SOOOOO much better than her and it pisses me off !! I wish i knew her, i would take her in myself and show her what a real mom is like ! |
She is soo annoying and looks like a crackhead.
I'm surprised that Caitlynn is not like that. She's sweet and mature.
I wouldn't want my guy growing up in that house either |
I am a teen and I have a question about my period? I have had my period for a little over 2 and a half years now. It normally comes 2-5 days earlier each time (For example, January 1, January 26, February 21, March 18, April 13, May 11, etc). Is this normal? If not, what should I do? |
| It is very normal. your period will not be consistant until you mid to late 20's. It takes your body time to get used to the fact that it is able to reproduce. It is so normal. Every womans periods are screwed up for the first 5-10 years that they have it. It's alright don't worry about it sweetie |
My two year old will be turning three in April. Birthday party question? Has anyone given a party at Chuck E Cheese for a 3 yr old?
It would be mostly family, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc but older cousins (pre-teen) also.
The main thing is that I want it to be something that my little girl will enjoy. Is she too young for Chuck E Cheese?
I've seen on TV that they have new security measures to make sure guys don't wander off without their parents... how does that work?
Other options are welcome also...
Thanks in advance! |
Well, I've never been to Chuck E Cheese myself but I do babysit for a bunch of boys (3, 6, 8) who all absolutely love it. Be prepared to spend a lot of money though, when the dad of two of the boys took all three to that place they were going through a roll of quarters each every five minutes. As for security, all parents and guyren are stamped with a matching pattern and you have to match up with the guy to take them out of the place.
Personally, I would save my money and go for a local park with an eating/covered area. The guys can still play and have a blast and the adults can chat. Some places you have to rent the space but most public parks are free to have events in. Yes, there will be other guyren, but there will be other guys at any restaurant you go to as well. |

How did you get over a teen pregnancy that failed? When I was 14, I got pregnant.. a little boy I was carrying.. One day, I went to the doctor's for one of my check ups, and found out that there was a little girl behind him... being 14 I didn't know what too do.. I stressed ALOT!!! Due too my stress, the Labor had kicked in.. Being only 5 and a half months.. this want a good time too have my baby's..Thinking Mommy wasn't going home empty handed, I was wrong The little girl came first on March 29th.. The boy Came 3 mins and 24 seconds later..being born on April 1st.. The little girl passed before meeting Mommy, Daddy, and Brother.. Her lungs couldn't support herself.. And before They could hook her up, she lost breath, and her lungs failed on her.. My baby boy couldnt survive on his own either... He stayed with us long enough too see Mommy And Daddy, He was doing great but he couldnt adapt fast enough.. So Raelyn Christette Coefield Born 3-29-10 thru 4-1-10.. Aideyn Christopher Coefield Born 4-1-10 thru 4-1-10... I guess I'm glad my baby's are playing in Heavens garden.. But I want them with me..
I just had a baby boy 2 weeks ago named after Aideyn Christopher..In honor of my baby.. And I am 21, but everytime I look at him I always see them both and it kills me... And I see the babys in my husband.. which was the baby's dad.. Yay i still have him right?
The question I'm asking is for all the teen moms and dads who's pregnancy didnt go as planned, How they got over it, or if they are still coping... Just help me please!! |
well i was 16 and got pregnant, but i ges mine wasn't much of a happy pregnancy, i guess you could say i was date raped, but it was MY baby. cuz the moment i told the boy i was he ran for it.. i was 3 month and and had a mis carriage, to this day i wander how much my life would have changed hi i could have had my baby. i never go to see the baby, but ya it still hurts, to know it was there and i couldn't have it. the only thing that helps just evin a bit is that i didn't have to stay in contact with the boy, cuz his mom would have made him.. but that doesn't evin come close to getting rid of the pane. now im 18 and engaged to the best man ever and soon we will start are own family. but the Truth i still wish i could have had my first baby.
i am sorry about yours. but every thing happens for a resin. that's what keeps me going. |
What do you think about this name for my little boy? I have a son thats due in April and me and my boyfriend are thinking of naming him Naven(Nay-vin).if we dont use that we are goin to name him Martin(Mar-teen).which one do you think is better? |
| Why would you pronounce Martin like mar-teen? Martin pronounced the way it's spelled is the best. Naven is just ok. |
After April 1st 2009 Ryan air will no longer transport unacompanied passangers under 18.? ? Starting April 1 Ryan air will no longer allow 14-17 year old to travel unacompanied. This means that all passangers under 18 after April 1 2009 will have to have an adult passanger with them on every flight.
Easyjet will still allow passangers as young as 14 to travel alone. Air lingus will still let guyren as young as 12 travel alone without supervision. British airways will also allow passangers as young as 12 travel without a parent or escort service.
How will other European and north American airlines respond to Ryan airs policy? I think Ryan airs new policy that will go affect on April 1st is a little too extreme. Will other European airlines end up getting the guy passangers who are now going to be too young to fly Ryan air or will other airlines raise their flying alone age to 18?
I'm way past age 18. When I was a teen in the 1990s I flew alone to visit family.
No north American carrier has this strict of a policy that Ryan air is going to adopt in April 2009. |
I don't think Ryanair made a mistake when they put this policy out. Transporting minors across international boundaries requires a lot more resources than domestic.
And since they only had minors from 14-17 to begin with, that says a lot about their traveling public. What airline besides this only makes minors that old? In the U.S., minors are from 5 - 13. At 14, they are a meet and assist and can still fly alone, and at 15 you are considered an adult.
Anyways, they did the research probably and figured since their niche is flying mostly adult customers, the legal liability for transporting minors isn't worth it. I would also guess that they took a toll on how many minors a year they actually transport, and they figure they are not really missing out on much by getting rid of the minor policy.
That's my take and I've been in this industry for a long time. |

I don't care what is written as information on any websites. I just go by the terms and conditions since they are the basis of the contract concluded between the passengers and the aircraft carrier.
Ryanair terms and conditions tell:
Guyren and infants
Ryanair does not carry unaccompanied minors (under 14 years). Escort and special facilities are NOT available. Ryanair will carry unaccompanied minors aged 14 or 15 years ONLY upon completion and signature of a Form of Indemnity at check-in of EACH departure airport, by a parent or guardian. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FACILITY WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AS AND FROM THE 1st APRIL 2009
Guyren under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied on the same reservation by a passenger over 16 years. AS FROM THE 1st APRIL 2009 ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED ON THE SAME RESERVATION.
I therefore think that Ryanair will allow unaccompanied minors from an age of 16 years to travel on their own after 1st April 2009.
This change is not denoted on the Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish Ryanair website; maybe it applies only to the UK and Ireland based on "special behaviour" of some infants in the past.
