Is it possible to get rid of a fetish (maiesiophilia)?
I'm girl in her early teens and have had maiesiophelia(sp?) since forever. Oh you are wrong. There are (some) black people in Anime. For example, there are Black boxers in "Hajime no Ippo". Panther and his family in "Eyeshield 21" are blacks and there are more as minor/extras in several animes I seen especially ones that envolve a wide setting and travelling like "Lupin the Third," "Detective Conan," and "Yakitate Japan".

One reason I think they draw they characters in light colors is that Japanese has light skin (many say they have yellow skin) and they so love light skin.

Also most Animes are depicted in a Japanese setting which would make Blacks out of place as you kind are ussually not found there. Whites (usually seen in anime as blonds) are also rarely depicted so there is nothing to be jealous about.
